The Barbel Fisher magazine is the only magazine published dedicated to barbel and barbel fishing.
The magazine is a full colour publication and is published twice a year, usually in June and December and members receive a copy as part of their membership.
Since the very first issues edited by Lawrence Breakspear, the magazine has evolved to become one of today’s “must read” publications. It has gone from strength to strength thanks to contributors and advertisers, but without doubt mostly due to the fine work of the late Gordon Scott, whose vision and dedication has left a solid foundation on which we can all build.
The magazine is full of informative articles written by the members, covering a wide range of subjects including stories, diaries, venue guides, rigs and tactics.
